It has been a very busy week with work and getting ready for the code camp next week. I have not been exercising much at all this week, which is terrible. I need to turn that around this week.
I did come across something of potentially revolutionary proportions this week which I’m going to hold on to before discussing. I do realize I may be experiencing a placebo effect, and I would like to rule that out before sounding foolish. I will just say for the last 2 mornings I have awoken feeling nothing short of amazing, and I haven’t had to get up and pee in the middle of the night (I’ve had to do that every night for a few years now). My gut feels as strong as a teenager and weight is continuing to drop as you can see by the graph I am attaching.
Last night, I ate an entire pizza, 3 pieces of chocolate, and lost weight this morning. Unreal. In case you are wondering, I am NOT about to start selling or promoting ANY health products. One of my core beliefs is education should be 100% FREE. I am just sharing my experience.
If this continues for a few more days, I will post an update on it. Right now, if this is placebo, placebo must be from McDonald’s, cause I’m lovin It. 🙂

Based on the trend line above, I would expect to gain about 1.0 lbs today or tomorrow, putting me back to about 187 lbs. My current goal is 185, and I am in no hurry. I want to feel good. I want to enjoy life. As long as I’m trending the right direction, that is a win in my book.
