Just a couple things today.
I stuffed my face last night with pizza and still managed to break 190lbs this morning. I weighed 189.8 this morning which was a total surprise.
Today, my diet has not been bad, but i did eat the remainder of the pizza so I would expect a bit of a backslide tomorrow. Other than Pizza, I had a green smoothie, pistachios, chocolate, a lettuce wrapped hamburger, and that’s about it.
Yesterday, I had something amazing. It is a lectin-free grain called Sorghum. I basically avoid grains as much as possible, but Sorghum was a treat! It was basically miniature popcorn without the hulls. If you have not tried it, you need to.
